Frequently asked questions

When is the best time for a Sardinia and Corsica yacht charter?

June and September offer warm water and calmer harbours. July and August are the peak season on the Costa Smeralda, and the mistral wind can blow for a few days at any time, so captains keep sheltered options ready.

Do I need anything special to cross to Corsica?

No. Sardinia and Corsica are both in the EU and the Schengen area, so the yacht crosses freely; your captain handles any formalities.

Can the itinerary be changed?

Yes. This is a sample route. Your captain adapts it to the weather and to your wishes, and stops or the start port can change depending on the yacht available.
